Here is the role of the Vice President of Communications as defined by the ASMCC Constitution:1. Shall ensure the minutes of the Executive Board, the Student Senate and Cabinet meetings are recorded.
3. Shall ensure that all office files and archive documents are maintained.
4. Shall ensure that copies of Executive Board and Student Senate meeting minutes are sent to the following: College President, Vice President of Student Affairs, Dean of Student Affairs, Director of Student Life and Leadership, and Executive Board and Cabinet members.
5. Shall manage the official ASMCC email and voicemail accounts, and receive and disseminate written correspondence to appropriate parties within ASMCC.
6. Shall serve as a member of the Executive Board and and ex-officio member of the Student Senate.
7. Must have 2.5 GPA and must retain 6 credits during the Fall and Spring Semester.
