Secretary
- Keep accurate records and minutes of all meetings and executive board meetings
- Submit the minutes to the President within two weeks following all meetings
- Maintain membership and chapter records
- Ex-officio, nonvoting member of all President’s Council committees
- Perform all such duties assigned by the President
Communication and Engagement Director
- Maintain and establish Virginia PBL digital media presence including but not limited to social media, newsletters, handbooks, etc.
- Conduct regularly scheduled surveys and market research of Virginia PBL engagement.
Programming and Chapter Development Director
- Create and maintain regularly scheduled active (webinars) and passive (resources) programing for Virginia PBL members.
- Gather and publish Chapter Development and alumni outreach resources for local Chapter officers and members.
Special Projects Director
- Assist with the planning of signature Virginia PBL programming such as the Competitive Events programming and Conferences.
