Virginia PBL President's Council Application
Thank you for your interest in serving on the President's Council of Virginia Phi Beta Lambda. The deadline to apply for any of the positions listed below is Wednesday, August 12th at 11:59 PM ET. Select candidates will be chosen for interviews.

2.) Attend the PBL State Leadership Conferences in both incoming and outgoing years
3.) Attend Virginia PBL State Officer Training
4.) Participate actively in state officer meetings and activities

Secretary
- Keep accurate records and minutes of all meetings and executive board meetings
- Submit the minutes to the President within two weeks following all meetings
- Maintain membership and chapter records
- Ex-officio, nonvoting member of all President’s Council committees
- Perform all such duties assigned by the President

Communication and Engagement Director
- Maintain and establish Virginia PBL digital media presence including but not limited to social media, newsletters, handbooks, etc.
- Conduct regularly scheduled surveys and market research of Virginia PBL engagement.

Programming and Chapter Development Director
- Create and maintain regularly scheduled active (webinars) and passive (resources) programing for Virginia PBL members.
- Gather and publish Chapter Development and alumni outreach resources for local Chapter officers and members.

Special Projects Director
- Assist with the planning of signature Virginia PBL programming such as the Competitive Events programming and Conferences.
