1. Warranty service must be attached with the original receipt | warranty card endorsed by purchaser.

2. Warranty service processes are required at least 21 working days to process. (UV Sterilizer accessories : stainless steels tray | hanger) are not under warranty covered.

3. Any accessories parts (except power adapter) are not related to the warranty service issues, please do not pass or send to our customer service executive.

4. Any service unit must collect within 7 days after notification. For the late collection , it will charges RM10/day of lateness.

5. Under warranty period for all the service charges (return courier charges / labor fee MYR80.00) are free of charge. Excluding the replacement parts and accessories.

6. You will be responsible for shipping, handling, labor and administration charges fee for warranty service or services.

7. You will get inform for the service parts replacement, administration or labor charges before we process for repair and replacement.
