ACTIVATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP: STEPS TO FOLLOW

Step 1- Select the membership category from above

Step 2- Make the required payment (based on category selected) and note the Transaction ID. Bank details below.

Step 3- Fill the rest of the form with details requested. Enter the Transaction ID with date of payment.

Step 3- Submit the form. 

Step 4- Save a copy of this form (filled) and evidence of transaction with yourself for future reference.
