Please complete this form if you volunteered in some capacity for the Denver Curling Club, including administration and/or preparation time spent off-premises.  Note: If you signed up for an activity through SignUp Genius, those hours are already tracked so you do not have to record it on this form as well.  

Your entries help Denver Curling understand how much effort it takes to operate the club and maintain the facility.  They also increase awareness of efforts made behind the scenes and help to recognize those volunteers.
