In the Crook County School District, we desire for all students & and families to love their school and educational experience.

At SPE, we have two classes per grade level, kindergarten through 5th grade, with roughly 250 total students. Our hope is to have a spot available for every student who wants to attend Stein Pillar Elementary.

If there are more student requests than spots available, we will use a random lottery system to determine student selection. Those students that do not get selected through the random lottery will be placed on a waiting list and given first priority if spots become available in the future.

The kindergarten application is open March 1 - March 31st, 2021. Kindergarten families will be notified of enrollment by April 9th, 2021.

The waitlist application window for 1st - 5th grade new SPE enrollees will be open April 5th - April 30th. All current SPE student enrollment will be automatically rolled over into the 21-22 school year.
