Whittier Wildcare Fund- Family Support Form

Our PTO received financial funds from an anonymous donor that can be used to support Whittier students and families in need.  These funds can be used for a variety of needs, with the main goal being to increase equity amongst our students as well as reducing barriers to participate in school activities. 

If you are in need of additional support, please complete this short survey.  Please fill the survey out for EACH child in your family.  A Whittier social worker will then contact you within 1 week.
