Congratulations on taking this next step in your Yoga Teacher Journey! 

This form is for Dr. Ponder to gain a better understanding of your teaching background :)

You will walk away with more understanding of how prenatal yoga compliments other holistic health options during pregnancy as well as the physiology of birth, labor positions and more. You will learn how this incredible practice can make a big difference during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Applicants will be required to 1) review the course materials, 2) complete this form, and 3) submit a non-refundable $300 deposit to gain entry into the 85hr Sankofa Yoga Prenatal Teacher Training Program.

If you have planned absences that conflict with attendance in the program, please contact the program director prior to enrollment to discuss options before enrollment.
