Welcome to Community Mission of Hope (CMOH) Food Distribution and Housing Resource Center.  At CMOH our vision is to build a relationship with our clients and walk with you through what maybe a difficult time. To accomplish this, our case managers meet with everyone who comes through our doors and we provide on-going case management to help you achieve your goals.We believe in responsible compassion, treating all clients with dignity and respect and collaborating with local partners to restore hope in our community.
