Dear Community Partners,
The Homeless Services Division of the City of San Antonio Department of Human Services (DHS) requests your assistance with identifying resources available to the unsheltered homeless population during this COVID-19 pandemic shutdown. We ask for you to complete the below survey and let us know if you or your organization would like to assist with our efforts to coordinate relief for this population.
