Please use the form below to request a physical computing kit loan from the Cambridge and Northants Computing Hub. Micro:bit, Crumble and Pico kits consist of 15 sets of equipment. There are 5 dataloggers in our datalogging kit and 6 Beebots in our Beebot kits.
This form is for use by schools in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Bedford District and North Northamptonshire only. Please contact your local hub if you are not in these areas.
Our loans are popular and we will prioritise schools who have not accessed this service before in allocating our kits. Our loan procedure is below:
- Kits are loaned out on a half-termly basis.
- Schools interested in booking should complete the
below form as soon as possible.
- Priority will be given to schools who have not
loaned equipment before. In the case of over subscription, loans will be
offered on a first-come-first-served-basis.
- Bookings will be confirmed one month before the loan date.
- After bookings have been confirmed, any spare
kits will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
We highly recommend attending one of our physical computing kit sessions which are free and run throughout the year.
