Welcome to CDS-Boston Center's July 4th Session 2024 Lottery Application!

Our open application period has ended, but we are running a waitlist for the session. Please enter your information below if you would like to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you as space becomes available at the weekend. This form must be filled out individually for each person wishing to be added to the waitlist.

Registration Schedule:
- Payment and full registration due: Wednesday, May 15th
- Full refund cancellation date: Monday, May 27th
- Session dates: Thursday June 27-Monday July 1, 2024.
