Outreach Inquiry

OVERVIEW:
Bring Eagle Bluff to your school. We'll facilitate programs in a green-space by your school giving students a chance to learn outdoors in a safe and engaging environment. We will following CDC and MDH guidelines to ensure a safe learning experience for your students and our staff. This programming will be 100% completely outdoors; no need for our staff to enter your school building.

Please fill our this survey to help us create an outreach program that meets your needs! This will also help us find a time to connect over the phone and get your preferred dates on the calendar. We are looking forward to working with you and your students!

LOGISTICS:

PROGRAM LENGTH:
- Flexible, with a minimum timeframe of 40 minutes.
- Schools could contract with us to provide regularly scheduled programming. For example, E.B. staff could come in once a week to work with the entire 5th grade (broken up into different sized groups depending on student numbers).

EXAMPLE TOPICS:

Nature observation (animals, trees, birds, fungus, phenology, plants)
Nature journaling

Survival (shelters and/or fire building)
Snowshoeing
Cultural History
Live animal programs
Service Learning (ie: invasive species pull)

We will also work with school staff to customize this experience based on your learning goals.

$10 per student per hour; a minimum charge of $100
