The Annex: May Program Sign-Up
Welcome to The Annex: An Art Initiative by The Gund at Kenyon College! All programming is FREE and located at The Annex unless otherwise noted, and materials are always provided.

Please fill out the form below to register for each workshop or activity you are planning on attending. If you are registering more than one person, please submit a new form for each participant. Some workshops have a limited class size. You will be notified if you are put on the waitlist. 

If you are registering a child (<13 years old), please note that they will need to be accompanied by an adult for all activities. They cannot be dropped off.

Class Waitlist Policy
All class sign-ups are first come, first served. If you pre-register with this form, we will save your spot! Please let us know if your plans change and you can no longer make it. We will notify the waitlist. 

Walk-ins are always welcome, although the event may be too full for more participants. If you see that we are open, please come on inside and we will check with the instructor to see if there is room for one more participant. If not, we have other areas in The Annex for you to explore your creativity with art materials.
Photo/Video Policy

When you attend an event at The Annex: An Initiative by The Gund at Kenyon College, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a staff member or the photographer know and we will avoid doing so. If you have any questions or concerns about waving these rights please contact a staff member.
