Ongoing Food Need Request Survey
Due to the extended school closure and the number of businesses that are either reducing workers’ hours or laying employees off, North Huron is continuing to offer meal kits to families who have a need for food for children aged 18 and under. Whenever you decide that your family needs to use this service,  please complete the survey at the link below so that we can gather the needed information in order to provide meals for your children. The information will only be seen by a limited number of NHS staff who are helping with this process.  Know that we respect your privacy and the information will be treated confidentially. To help us plan so that we best meet the need of our communities, this survey should be completed by noon on Monday in any given week in order to receive food on Wednesday of the next week.  Questions regarding this survey can be directed by text message to 989.553.4124.
