If you are interested or would like to nominate someone you think would be a great candidate to join the Ronald Reagan Home and School Association Executive Board, please complete and submit the form below. The nominating committee will correspond or meet with interested parents and will post a slate of officers-elect at the HSA General meeting in April or May.
Elected officers serve from July 1st – June 30th. Please contact a current HSA officer with any questions you have about the officer positions or process (rrehsaexec@gmail.com or the HSA website www.ronaldreaganhsa.weebly.com). The deadline for submission is March 31st.
Executive Board Positions:
President: Serve as leader and key contact for the HSA; coordinate the work of officers and committees so the HSA’s objectives are met; preside and participate in all executive and membership meetings; primary liaison with school leadership.
Vice President: Act as aid to president and perform president duties in the absence of the president; primary
liaison with HSA committee chairs; perform other delegated duties as assigned.
Secretary: Keep the minutes of the proceedings of the executive and general membership meetings; conduct
delegated correspondence and perform other duties.
Treasurer: Be responsible for and maintain custody of all HSA funds and held funds of Reagan clubs; make
disbursements as properly authorized; assure HSA policies and practices are followed with regard to funds;
prepare financial reports for meetings; perform delegated duties as assigned.
