I understand that Ridge Dance Collective meets every Friday (except school closings) from 2:45-4:00 from September 13, 2019 - May 15, 2020. My child is registering for the Fall and Spring semesters.

I understand that Ridge Dance Collective meets every Friday (except school closings) from 2:45-4:00. My child is registering for the Fall semester only from from September 13, 2019 - January 17, 2020.

I understand that Ridge Dance Collective meets every Friday (except school closings) from 2:45-4:00. My child is registering for the Spring semester only from January 24, 2020 - May 15, 2020.

Attendance Policy *

I understand that my child is expected to attend all rehearsals. My child is allowed two absences for the Fall semester (September 13th - January 17th) and two absences for the Spring semester (January 24th - May 15th). If my child misses more than two rehearsals during the Fall semester he/she will not be permitted to perform in the Winter Dance Showcase 2020. If my child misses more than two rehearsals during the Spring semester he/she will not be permitted to perform in the Spring Dance Showcase 2020. (Important: Please note that any and all absences count as an absence with the exception of school absences due to illness or family emergencies. Additionally, leaving early from/arriving late to a rehearsal will be considered an absence.)

Dress Rehearsal Dates and Attendance *

I understand that my child is expected to attend the MANDATORY dress rehearsals on the following dates: Winter Dance Showcase 2020 (January 3rd from 4:30-5:30, January 10th from 5:15-6:15, January 13th from 4:00-5:00, January 14th from 4:00-5:00, January 15th 2:45-8:00 and January 16th from 2:45-5:00). Spring Dance Showcase 2019 (May 1st from 4:30-5:30, May 8th 5:00-6:00, May 11th from 4:00-5:00, May 12th from 2:45-8:00, and May 13th from 2:45-8:00). I have carefully checked the dress rehearsal dates for any conflicts.

Dress Rehearsal Attendance *

I understand that my child is expected to attend the MANDATORY dress rehearsals. If my child does not attend a dress rehearsal in part or whole, he or she will not be able to participate in the subsequent dance showcase. The only excused absences from a dress rehearsal are school absences due to illness and family emergencies. Missing rehearsal due to another dance class or rehearsal is not an excused absence.

I understand that my child is expected to attend the performances on the following dates: January 17, 2020 and May 14, 2020 (4:30 call time and 7:00 show). I have carefully checked the performance dates for any conflicts.

I understand that a check for $50.00 will be collected in September 2019 for showcase costumes.

I understand that my child will need to purchase the Ridge Dance Collective uniform from SneakersPlus. Uniform information will be sent out via email over the summer. The uniform includes a Ridge Dance Collective tank top or t-shirt and Ridge Dance pants.
