2019 Appleton Little League Flag Day Parade Signup - Saturday, June 8th
Please fill out the below information so we know how many people to expect to walk in the 2019 Appleton Flag Day parade.

We will meet at 1:15 PM near the corner of Morrison and Brewster St.  You will not be able to drive directly to the location as only parade vehicles are allowed in the staging area. (A map with our location is at the bottom of this form.)  Look for the Appleton Little League banner!  We are Unit #50 in the parade, so we are almost right in the middle of the parade.

Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking and bring water you can carry with you.  Be sure to wear your team jersey and hat to the parade to represent Appleton Little League!  Parents, please accompany your children through the entire parade route, unless your team coach is bringing the team and you've arranged with him/her to take responsibility during the parade.
