A NOTE ABOUT BOOTH FEES AND CANCELLATIONS
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is in my highest interest that you are all treated fairly and given as much consideration and compassion through this continually challenging year as possible, and so I am doing my best to limit your financial liability for this show.

I am suppressing booth fees this year to keep the show accessible to those of you still working your way back into the crafting world, and I am extending the payment window until three weeks prior to the show. If you need to make multiple payments or have any other difficulties, please message me- I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

If the show cannot happen or a venue is cancelled for any reason, all affected vendors will receive full refunds minus any fees incurred through processing your initial payment and refund.
If you drop out of the show before 11/5(due date), you will be entitled to a refund of the same terms.
If you drop out of the show with notice prior to 11/22, you will receive a prorated refund of 50% of your booth fee after fees.
If you drop out of the show 11/22 or later, or no-call no-show, you will not be offered any refund.

A NOTE ABOUT LOCATIONS
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Based off of sales information provided from the venues from our previous markets, each location seems to be having similar traffic. That said, the following may prove to be important in selecting where you think your audience shops/drinks/eats;

STATE LINE DISTILLERY- Trendy newer location, politically progressive, mostly booze, board games and snacks. Outdoor patio, well-lit areas, more street parking nearby than most venues.

IMAGINARY FACTORY- LAST MINUTE ADDITION! This location just opened recently and features a range of high-end cocktails featuring a combination of boozes and ingredients all carefully researched and still presented at affordable prices- think of it as a small anti-merchant. Decent lighting, and located directly next door to State Line Distillery.

GIANT JONES- Legacy location, around the corner from OLD SUGAR. Enjoys bright indoor lighting, a garage door that is open in fair weather, a popular crowd. politically progressive, part of a promotional cooperative that includes STATE LINE and VINTAGE.

OLD SUGAR DISTILLERY- Legacy location, around the corner from GIANT JONES. Enjoys direct entrance to vendor area and bright natural lighting that gives out later in the day due to the time of year. Outdoor patio seating. Politically neutral, serves cocktails, beer and large snacks, welcomes delivery orders. Popular spot for first dates.

VINTAGE CAPITOL EAST-  Legacy location, around the corner from THE SYLVEE and across from Breese Stevens Field. Smaller venue with outdoor patio seating and middling to bright light. Politically neutral, serves beer and is also a full-service restaurant. Generally pretty busy and popular when there isn't an event, so expect a lot of indirect traffic.

THE SYLVEE- Concert venue around the corner from VINTAGE CAPITOL EAST, middling light. Massive venue, very popular for concerts and events. Two levels and at least one bar in service during event. Technically a new venue since outdoor section was cancelled due to weather in August.

THE BRINK- Legacy location in the same building as HIGH NOON SALOON, low to middling light- Brighter natural light in back room. Largest venue to date, enjoys fairly heavy traffic. Popular space for some vendors, though lighting can be a challenge if you're used to brighter venues.

HIGH NOON SALOON- Legacy location in the same building as THE BRINK, high ceilings and low to middling light- Concert venue of decent size and high popularity with a full bar, courtyard outside. Low light can be challenging if you're used to brighter venues but being adjacent to THE BRINK helps a lot, especially with all the signage I'm busting out.

APPLICATION TIMELINE AND TERMS
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This application closes Midnight on Friday, September 17th. You will hear back about whether or not you got into the show by 9pm on Monday, September 20th.

Once accepted into the show you may pay your booth fee via PayPal or check by mail, no later than Friday, November 5th- That's right, I'm giving you almost seven weeks. Feel free to use it, but the point is that I won't spend your money until I know this show is happening.

Please note: I am restating this because this is very important to remember -- It is our goal to have a diverse mix of vendors. With each market we try and have 60-70% of our vendors as returning vendors, 25-35% of our vendors as new to the market, and the remaining vendors completely new to the scene, with this being their first show. We also try to limit only 2-3 vendors per category, with the exception of jewelry and paper, which are extremely popular and diverse categories.

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING VENDOR: I don't necessarily have all the information regarding you or your business, and it's just easier if I don't have to dig up an old application, so I would really appreciate it if you would fill in the application in full.
