Why is there no charge for this service?

We manage to offer this service at no cost by conducting setups during times when client support demand is low. While it's currently complimentary, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

How much time does the setup require?

Upon gaining access to your online store, the setup process typically takes anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. The actual time can vary based on the number of pending requests, and business vs weekend days.

Can I customize my package selection?

Absolutely, you're welcome to specify your preferences in the Notes section of the application form.

Regarding Klaviyo/Omnisend assistance
Please add marketing-support@rush.app as a "Manager" role in your Klaviyo or Omnisend account to kick-start the workflow process.
What you can expect:

  1. "Manager" permissions are necessary for us to craft the automation flows on your behalf.
  2. All created flows will be saved as DRAFTS for your review. Once you're pleased with the results, you can ENABLE them.
  3. Each automation flow will commence with "RUSH | " in the title, followed by the specific event/trigger.
  4. Upon completion of the flows, we will alert you via email for your review.

What Not to Expect:
  1. We specialize in creating automation flows, not campaigns.
  2. This service is a one-time support to fast-track your familiarity with Rush. For sustained email agency-level support, consider professional agencies through Klaviyo's Partner Page
