Bar Code Labels - Mailed to YOU for the Fall 2022 Rhea Lana's of West Chicagoland Sale

It is REQUIRED that ALL ITEMS BE LABELED with bar code label stickers prior to Drop and Go Appointments and prior to Consignor Check In Appointments. The Rhea Lana's of West Chicagoland Sale will again be at 2 Yorktown Center - Lombard (outside Yorktown Center near McDonald's).

You MUST finish your batch(es) prior to filling out this form.

DEADLINE for MAILING Barcode Labels is 8 PM SUNDAY, JULY 24, 2022.

Barcode labels will be mailed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings only. All requests need to be submitted by 8pm the night before mailing.

There will be a $4.00 fee (in addition to your $12.00 Consignor Fee) if you fill out this form to have your barcode labels mailed to you. You may request multiple ID(s) be mailed together as long as all batch(es) are finished. We think this additional fee will be worth the time you will save and it will take the guesswork and expense out of printing at home.

You may also request to have your inventory sheet(s) be printed and mailed to you with your labels for an additional $1.00 fee per Consignor ID and batch (added to your $12.00 Consignor Fee)

You MUST fill out this form to request your labels. We will NOT accept requests via email or Facebook.
The LAST mailing will go to the post office on Monday, July 25th.

We encourage you to use the fewest number of batches as you input your items into the database, it is not necessary to split up your items into multiple batches. You may request labels for more than one Consignor ID. You may also request labels for 2 different people going to ONE address! Please fill in the details below.

Please fill out this form AGAIN, if at a later date you have another consignor ID, or you add an additional batch and would like those additional labels mailed to you. Note: you will be charged $4.00 for each mailing.
Please do not fill this out until you have finished your batch(s) in the database.

If you go into the batch to look at anything after you clicked FINISH, it will remove you from our system's print list. Please email liz.rlwc@gmail.com with you full name and consignor ID so we can verify that we printed your labels.
