The FF Day Care Club Learning Pods — fun sessions with dynamic activities catering to the overall development of the learner! Music and Movement, Fine Motor and Gross Motor Skills Activities, Sports and more— all while engaging in hands-on lessons in language & literacy, math concepts, art and science! The face-to-face learning pods provide a great opportunity for social interaction, values education and listening & comprehension skills enhancement.
FF Day Care Club also offers Home Schooling Pods for Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 (in selected locations) utilizing the DEPED-accredited home-school curriculum of Child’s Home Educational Center—- perfect for students having a preference for an intimate and smaller group-setting as well as personalized education.

BOOKING AGREEMENT: By submitting this form, (1) I agree to advise my booking dates before the start of each month and settle the  enrollment fee accordingly. (2) I agree to take full responsibility for the well-being, health and safety of my child. I do not hold the FF Day Care Club, owned and operated by Futbol Funatics Soccer Camp for Kids Co., nor the venue owner, liable for any sicknesses, physical ailments or injuries my child may incur while taking part in this learning pod that I have voluntarily enrolled my child in. (3) I agree to not send my child to the pod location in the event that he/she exhibits any flu like symptoms including but not limited to a cough, cold or fever.  *
