Please review the below criteria for schedule changes:

• If a student is missing one of their 4 classes for the first term
• If an error has been made and a student is scheduled into a class they have already taken and passed
• If an error has been made and a student is missing a class they should repeat due to a failing grade the previous year
• If a student was scheduled into a class that is clearly inappropriate for their grade level (example = 9th grade student scheduled into English 11).

If you have a concern outlined above, please complete this form. Please remember that school counselors do not work over the summer and will be addressing these concerns when they return in late August.

***As a reminder, this form is NOT to be used for overrides or to request a teacher change. At this time, we will not be making adjustments to electives. Every effort was already made to provide the best possible matches for students based on course availability and student requests.***
