Please complete the form for Sports Performance Training and Speed and Agility groups in June and July. You will receive an email with your training group time the week of May 13th as well as a payment link.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING groups will be organized based on age and experience level. The training will focus on strength training, power development, and core stability, and flexibility through age appropriate exercises. Training will take place at the MPCC Community Life Center.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING DAYS AVAILABLE:

Tuesdays: 2pm-5pm

Wednesdays: 2pm-5pm

Thursdays: 2pm-5pm

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING COST: $140 for 1x/wk (7 training dates), $280 for 2x/wk, $420 for 3x/wk

SPEED & AGILITY will take place on the court and will focus on developing speed, change of direction, running mechanics, and multi-planar plyometrics.

SPEED & AGILITY DAYS AVAILABLE:

Thursdays at St. Francis & Clare: 5pm-7pm

SPEED & AGILITY COST: $105 (7 training dates)

**You have also received a link to register for Volleyball Lessons. If you sign up for multiple training groups, we will schedule you so that you will be able to attend all groups.

Example= participate in a VB lesson and then go directly to a Speed & Agility training session.
