That's right folks, it's time to decorate those cars, trucks, and trailers with your brightest rainbows and the most sparkly, environmentally-friendly glitter, and get ready to celebrate Kamloops Pride Week 2023 in a BIG way!!!
The parade will be on Sunday, August 27, 2023. Anticipated schedule:
9:00-10:30am mustering and set up
11:00am parade begins
11:30am/12pm parade ends and disperses near Victoria and 6th
This is the application for the pride parade. If you are looking to have a booth at the Pride Festival in Riverside Park, please fill out the booth application

Human Powered (marches, bicycles, rollerblades, roller-skates, handcarts, mobility aids)
Individuals: Free! And you don't have to fill out this form! Just show up at staging the morning of the parade.
Community/Student Groups:
- 1-50 participants: $25
- 51-100 participants: $50
Non-Profit/Charity/Union Organizations:
- 1-24 participants: $25
- 25-50 participants: $50
- 51-100 participants: $75
Small-Medium Businesses (<100 employees globally):
- 1-24 participants: $100
- 25-50 participants: $125
- 51-100 participants: $150
Large Businesses (100+ employees globally):
- 1-24 participants: $350
- 25-50 participants: $400
- 51-100 participants: $450
Motorized (includes motorbikes, smart cars, golf carts, vans, buses, trucks, vehicles, or floats)

Rules
- Do not litter. Please remove any garbage/recycling created by your group.
- Per City of Kamloops regulations, participants must refrain from using confetti, glitter, chalk, paint, spray paint or any other substance to mark city or private property at any time.
- Nothing may be thrown from a vehicle or float, but items may be passed out by members walking along-side.
- Be aware of prohibited items and actions: alcohol and drugs, handing out food or drinks, fireworks/open fire/pyrotechnics, collecting donations/money in exchange for goods, public nudity (Criminal Code section 174.1).
- Political campaigning is not supported, but signage and logos can be passively displayed.
- Payment is due by August 13, 2023 and can be done via:

- Credit Card - subject to 3% additional fee (arrange by contacting finance@kamloopspride.com)
