MECK Pre-K Site Selection Interest Survey: 24-25
Hello Site Administrator,

MECK Pre-K is a Mecklenburg County-funded program that offers free, quality pre-kindergarten to eligible four-year-old children (must be age four on or before August 31 and live in Mecklenburg County, household income). MECK Pre–K programs are located in high-quality star rated licensed child care centers throughout Mecklenburg County.   It is managed through Smart Start of Mecklenburg County.

MECK Pre-K programs are operated by licensed teachers who provide instruction to students for 6.5 hours per day, five days a week per Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) calendar.

If your site is interested in attending the MECK Pre-K Site Selection Information session on November 29, 2023, please complete the survey by November 28, 2023.

This survey is for data-gathering purposes and does not serve as an application.   MECK Pre-K Site Selection Applications will be available on our website by November 23, 2023.
