PELASE PROVIDE PERSONAL EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS. USING PTA ASSIGNED EMAILS IS MAKING IT DIFFICULT UPDATING ROLES FOR YOUR PTA. All officers will be added to Memberhub. PTA assigned emails can be added to your memberhub to send out communication. But for communication from Alaska PTA we need personal contact information.
Please fill out the Officers List completely. If an officer position is vacant, just list VACANT for name, address, etc. Your board must be actively and continuously seeking a person to fill each vacancy. Please submit this form by June 30 each or within 10 days of change in officers (ie. board member resigns, board member is elected/appointed).
Please use personal email addresses as this is tied to your memberhub account. Using a PTA designated email address ties it to you and make it difficult to get things changed around when you leave your PTA.
