Please complete the required information with as much detail as possible. Supporting documents must be provided and sent via email along with the application form to skaproductlabel@grigoriou.co.uk. Your application will be processed by Grigoriou Interiors who are licensed to administer the SKA rating Product Compliance Label on behalf of SKA rating Limited.

Please submit one application form for each product and under one scheme. If you wish to submit the same product for a second scheme, you need to complete an additional application.
