IF I can honor your request I will, but I do have to move schools sometimes in order to keep the regions as equitable as possible.

Winter Events

Chess:
$100 per team; We will have 2 regions before the State event on Feb. 5. Dates and locations of regions TBD based on sign ups.

Elementary Academic Day:
Quiz Bowl, Science Fair, Spelling Bees for students in grades 1st-5th and Math Bees for students in grades 3rd-5th. Each grade is a separate competition for math and spelling. Cost is $200 for all events.

Robotics Kickoff:
Jan 18 @ YACS (1701 Honey Creek Rd SE, Conyers) No cost to attend and discover what the 2020 Robotics Game for GAPPS will be.  After I get the contacts here, I will be contacting you about purchasing game fields (optional).

Spring Events

Literary:
Regions are divided into A & AA (A schools are smaller and usually have less than 90 in HS) I will do my best to accommodate your region requests, but I may have to ask some to change to keep regions as equitable as possible. State information is on the website.
Cost: $700 (or part of Package A & B purchased at beginning of the year)    
State Dates: March 12-AA; March 13-A @ LaGrange College

This event is a 1 day event being held @ Truett-McConnell University (Cleveland, GA) Cost: $250 for first group; $100 for each additional group.  Handbells will be included in the Festival format only! (groups $100 each)

Middle School Science Fair:
This is a 1 day event being held March 16 @ Grace Fellowship in Greensboro, GA. Grades 6-8. Cost: $150 to enter 3 projects.

This is a 1 day event being held March 19 @ Grace Fellowship in Greensboro, GA. Grades 7-12. Cost: $150 to enter first 4 students any event; $25 per student after that.

Robotics:
Schools may send up to 4 teams.  The event day is March 21 @ Young Americans Christian School,  1701 Honey Creek Rd SE, Conyers, GA 30013. Cost: $350 for 4 teams (1st time schools: $150 for 2 teams) ($100 to add teams above 4)
Kickoff is Thursday, January 18 @Young Americans Christian School (no cost to attend the Kickoff)

Visual Arts:
Schools may enter all 3 divisions (HS, MS. Elem) for 1 cost of $250) We will only have region events for MS & Elem. Please check the manual and website for all the rules and mediums to be judged. I will do my best to accommodate your region requests, but I may have to ask some to change to keep regions as equitable as possible. State (for High School only)  is scheduled for April 27 @ SCAD Savannah!
