The library space may only be used for civic, educational and cultural meetings that are open to the general public at no charge.

Applicants are subject to the order of precedence outlined in the Facilities Use Policy, regardless of the time the reservation was made.

Please view the Library Event Calendar prior to making your request to ensure your requested date and time is currently available.

A reservation is not complete until it has been confirmed in writing by the Director or their designee. Completion of a Request Form does not guarantee approval.
