Consent to Participate in Kindness Club

I attest that I am the parent and/or legal guardian and give my consent for my child to participate in Kindness Club for the 23-24 school year.  All activities will take place before school or during school hours.  Kindness Club is for students who want to promote kindness in our school. Meetings will be before school on Tuesdays for 4th graders and Wednesdays for 5th graders and occur once to twice a month.  Please contact Janet Farrar at (913) 297-0990 if you have any questions.
