PSMLA 2021 Fall Virtual Conference Act 48 Form

PSMLA is an approved provider of Act 48 credits according to the guidelines of the Pennsylvania Department of Education. In order for participants to qualify for Act 48 credits, PSMLA provides this assessment form (as mandated by PDE) for participants to complete at the end of each session to determine whether participants 1) understand the essential content and 2) are able to apply what the learning objectives state.

As you attend live and pre-corded sessions, be sure to complete the session assessments. Without the assessments, you will not receive Act 48 credits.
