FAF Food Patrol Whatsapp Group is dedicated to providing support and assistance to those in need.  Food packs can cost from 100QR-180QR. There are sensitive photos and data shared. Please maintain confidentiality, respect privacy, and foster a safe environment for all members and friends.

Guidelines

Confidentiality and Privacy:

• Respect the sensitive nature of the content shared within the group. Do not disclose or share any information, photos, or data outside the group without prior consent from the Group Admins.
• Ensure that discussions and interactions within the group are kept confidential. Avoid discussing group matters with non-members.
• Refrain from screenshotting or saving sensitive content shared within the group unless necessary for assisting the friends in need.

 Respectful Communication:

• Treat all members with respect, empathy, and kindness. Avoid using offensive language, derogatory remarks, or engaging in personal attacks.
• Listen attentively and offer constructive feedback or assistance when needed. Be mindful of differing opinions and perspectives.

 Purposeful Participation

• Contribute meaningfully to discussions and activities related to assisting friends in need. Avoid spamming, irrelevant messages, or excessive sharing of unrelated content.
• Before sharing any content, ensure its relevance and appropriateness to the group's purpose. Respect the diverse backgrounds and sensitivities of fellow members.

 Consent and Permission:

• Obtain consent and permission from the friends in need before sharing their photos or personal data within the group. Respect their autonomy and right to privacy. Photos without heads are useful for our marketing efforts.
• Prioritise the well-being and interests of the individuals being assisted. Only share information necessary for providing support and aid.

 Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Report any potential violations or unethical behaviour to the group administrators promptly.

 Enforcement:

• Violations of this code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the group, depending on the severity and recurrence of the offense. Group administrators are responsible for enforcing these guidelines fairly and impartially.
