Vendor Application for Mana's Wellness & Fall Harvest Fair 10/8/22
Hello! Thank you for your interest in being a part of Mana's Wellness & Fall Harvest Fair!

This application is for a free vending spot or being an instructor for a seminar/workshop/activity at the event. Some activity ideas that we are looking for include yoga, wellness-oriented seminars on various topics, sound baths, meditations, etc. 

This event is free and open to the public and will be held on Saturday, October 8th from 12-6pm (with Vendor load-in @ 11am) at 3005 Solomons Island Rd Edgewater, MD 21037. Kindly, please make sure you are available for this date & time before submitting your application. 

All applications must be submitted by September 26th. We will be reaching out to confirm your spot on our vendor list or activity schedule by September 28th. We will be confirming vendors on a first-come basis and will only be accepting one of each vendor type (meaning we won't have two tables selling or offering too similar of a service/product). This policy is made to be as fair as possible.
