Please complete the sign-up form below so that we can evaluate your child’s needs/placement. The director of the school will call you based on your availability and phone number below to discuss days/times. Please also include your email in case she is unable to reach you. Once your child has been placed, you will receive a follow up email with the registration link and payment details. In order to hold your place, we will need your registration and payment by the set deadline.
