ENROLLMENT STEPS:
1. Fill out this online enrollment form. This form is required. We request even our OLD students to fill out this form in order for us to have up to date contact information and personal information of all our students.
2. Shortly after, you will receive your tuition billing statement via email from SHAN. If after 2 business days you have not received an email yet, please check your spam folder or message our SHAN Facebook page.
3. Settle your payment via bank deposit, online bank transfer, GCASH, credit card, or in person payment at SHAN (our account details will be included in your billing statement).
4. After payment is made, email the following requirements to ACCOUNTING@SACREDHEARTACADEMY.EDUCATION
a) Attached proof of payment
b) Payment plan you have chosen
c) Student name & Incoming Grade Level for SY 2024-2025
5. NEW STUDENTS ONLY - Physical and original copies of the following must be submitted to our Registrar's Office:
- Student's latest report card
- Transcript of Records (Form 137/SF 10)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Official PSA or NSO birth certificate
- 1x1 ID Sized Photo of the Student (can be taken with your cellphone)
- ESC or SHSVP voucher certificate (for applicable High School students)
5. We will reply shortly to confirm your enrollment. We will be sending your receipt and the student's Google Suite for Education account information (for new students) via email.
