Huntington Class of 2036 Kindergarten Registration

Huntington Elementary Kindergarten Registration will be held May 4th and 5th from 9:15 am to 3pm. Please complete the form below to schedule an appointment. You may also call the elementary office at 740-663-2191 to schedule a time. Custodial parent and student must both attend registration. Please bring the following documents when registering:

1. Parent ID
2. 2 Proofs of Residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Immunization Record
5. Custody Agreements (if applicable)
