Foothills Orienteering Club (FWOC) Proxy Vote Assignment

Use this form to assign your vote to another attendee of the upcoming Foothills Orienteering meeting if you are unable to vote in the meeting.

In order to assign your vote to another person, you must be a current member of FWOC and at least 12 years of age. Memberships run Jan 1st to Dec 31st. SOGO youth registered in a program in the current calendar year are members of FWOC, but only those 12 years of age or older are voting members. Parents/guardians of SOGO youth members are not automatically members of the Club unless they are registered in a parented SOGO Squirts program.

Unless you are assigning your vote to the Secretary (see below), your assignee/proxy will be responsible for voting according to your directions and you will be responsible for communicating any voting directions to your proxy.
