Options - Year 9
Please use this form to select the subjects that you wish to study at KS4.  You will need to select 5 subjects in total, your 4 preferred choices and a reserve subject.  Once all of the option choices are in, we will write the option blocks so that as many students as possible are able to study the subjects that they want.  We will come back to anyone whose options we cannot accommodate.
