Dear Applicants,

Please provide your questions related to the Call for proposals launched under “Fellowships to support to Belarusian lecturers, scientists, and PhD students under EU4Belarus- SALT” programme. Please be advised that questions may be provided no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of concept notes. The contracting authority has no obligation to provide clarifications to questions received after this date. Please note that replies will be given no later than 11 days before the deadline for submission of the applications.

 To ensure equal treatment of applicants, the contracting authority cannot give a prior opinion on the eligibility of applicants, an action, or specific activities.

No individual replies will be given to questions. All questions and answers as well as other important notices to applicants during the course of the evaluation procedure will be published on Central Project Management Agency's website (http://www.cpva.lt/en/... as the need arises. It is therefore advisable to consult the abovementioned website regularly in order to be informed of the questions and answers published.

The call for proposals and the grant contract relates to an external action funded by the EU, represented by the European Commission.

Processing of personal data related to this grant award procedure by the contracting authority takes place in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), national legislation of the state of the contracting authority and with the provisions of the respective financing agreement for the purposes of execution of recruitment and selection procedures as well as implementation of the grant contract.
