Dear Parent/Guardian: Throughout the school year, Spero Academy may wish to use video or audio recordings of your child or student work for promotional and educational reasons, such as in publications, posters, brochures, newsletters, social media accounts, and videos. There may also be times that the media may visit the school to cover special events. We ask that you please sign and return this form stating whether the school and the media have permission to use video or audio recordings of your child or student work for promotional and educational purposes, including School Web sites and authorized, affiliated social media accounts. Please note that Spero Academy will never release your child’s name or other identifying information with his or her picture or video. This request form will be kept on file at the school. The 2019-2020 media release is valid through June 30, 2020 only.  If you do not check YES there will be no release of these data on the school web site or to the media, unless the data was gathered in a public forum, such as special school event or other publicly attended event.  Thank you for your cooperation.
