Class Descirption:
Learn to connect breath with movement in this Mindful Vinyasa class geared to students of all levels. Through a series of flowing and balancing postures, Lynette's class will challenge you to stay focused and become in tune with your mind and body, while building strength and increasing flexibility.

Once registered you will be sent a waiver to sign and an invoice for class.  Payment & Waivers must be received in full before the first class.  Zoom links will be sent out the day of each class.
