1.Feed-ins, Box Braids, & Twist are considered Dry Bar Services. Hair must be completely washed without any added product, blow dried or stretched upon arrival.
There will be an additional $15 fee to detangle or blow dry.  If you require your hair shampooed please book a shampoo service.
2. Hair must be 3 inches all over for braid services. There will be an additional fee for hair that does not meet this requirement. Please contact us if you have any questions. ( Braiding hair Spectra Pre-Stretch, Queen B, or Soul Sister Pre-Stretch
3. NON-REFUNDABLE $20 deposit required to book all appointments. It will be deducted from the final service price.
4. We accept cash or major credit cards as payment.
5. If you don't call to cancel your appointments, you are required to pay the full price of your service before returning.  We understand that things happen, please be advise there $10 fee if you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment.
6. Due to time constraints, once you book a style, you cannot add additional services.
7. Due to limited seating, we ask that no extra persons accompany you with your appointment.
