Using Student Evaluations for Reflection and Growth
Thursday, April 18th, 12-1 p.m.
Hybrid
Zoom or 104 Gillis Building

Student course evaluations are an imperfect measure of teacher effectiveness that research has found to be problematic. With this in mind, this workshop seeks to lessen the anxiety around reading your evaluations by re-framing how we read and internalize student feedback. We will focus on how evaluations can be used in ways that benefit our growth as instructors.
