COURSE SCHEDULE:
Week 1 (15 Sep) : Kayakalpa Yoga Course (7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)
Week 2 (22 Sep) : Introduction to Simplified Kundalini Yoga System & Initiation
Week 3 (29 Sep) : Yoga exercise & Shanti meditation
Week 4 (06 Oct) : Yoga exercise & Agna meditation
Week 5 (13 Oct) : Yoga exercise & meditation
Week 6 (20 Oct) : Yoga exercise & Thuriyam meditation
Week 7 (27 Oct) : Yoga exercise & meditation

* யோகா பயிற்சி தமிழில் நடத்தப்படும்.
* பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் 14 வயதிற்கு மேல் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
* பதிவு செய்து கட்டணம் செலுத்திய முதல் 10 பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் மட்டுமே பயிற்சியில் கலந்துகொள்ள இயலும்.
* பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் அனைவரும் முழுமையாகத் தடுப்பூசி போட்டிருக்கவேண்டும்.

* SKY course will be conducted in Tamil.
* Participants must be 14 years old and above.
* Only limited to first 10 participants who have registered and made online payment prior to the course.
* All participants must be fully vaccinated.
