The Advanced Technology Academy is please to support the community with a
FREE Health Assessment conducted by Henry Ford Health. This service is
FREE to all participants, no health insurance is required, and no medical bills will be issued. All participants will be seen by a licensed Henry Ford Health medical team, and receive follow-up care instructions including health recommendations and Doctor referrals.
For your convenience, all health assessments will be administered in the Academy's on-campus Health & Wellness Center starting in late February, 2024.

- Physical Exam with Health History
- Vitals, Height & Weight
- Range of Motion
- Body Mass Index
- Health Risk Appraisal
- Vision Check
- Anxiety & Depression Screening by a Licensed Behavioral Specialist
- Blood Test *
- Whisper Test *
- Camplete Metabolic Panel *

Student health assessments will be held during the school day. No appointment needed.
Adult family and staff assessments will be held Tuesday through Thursday, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - by appointment only. All appointments will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
