Vision 2023 is the State of California's Statewide Technology Strategic Plan. It sets out how the state will use technology to meet our society's goals, and make progress on the big, complex problems affecting us all.

To achieve our vision of technology powering more efficient, effective, compassionate and fair government, our plan sets out five goals and twenty-one challenges.
