REFUND POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled. If a course is cancelled all paid fees will be fully refunded. Cancelling your enrollment – Cancellations more than 14 days before course commencement you may claim a refund minus the deposit amount of $200. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course the maximum refund will be 50% of fees paid, excluding deposit payment. Enrollment Transfer: provided you give notice more than 14 days prior to course commencement, you may transfer your deposit to another course at Djanbung Gardens – a $100 administration fee will be deducted.
