We will need students to set up, run registration, sell raffle tickets, MC the dinner and awards ceremony, meet & greet industry at each station and clean up.

Pre-event Volunteer Meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 28th at 5:30 PM, Room 315. This meeting is mandatory.

PLEASE NOTE: Proceed on Carefree Highway all the way to the stop light at Archery Drive and turn right. DO NOT turn right on Black Canyon Blvd or N Longshot Lane.

Schedule of Events:
9:00am – Student Volunteers should arrive at Ben Avery
10:30am-12:00pm Registration **Shooters arrive no later than 11:30am**
12:00pm Welcome and Ben Avery Safety Orientation
12:30pm-2:30pm Shoot (MUST be done shooting at 3pm)
3pm-4:30pm Dinner and Awards in the Pavilion
