Welcome to Lewis & Clark College!

Come join the the Great Expectations Mentorship (GEM) program! This program is designed to provide a smooth transition to new students who identify as students of color and/or first-generation* to L&C by connecting new students (mentees) with a 2nd-4th year LC student (mentor) for a year-long mentorship program.

Be part of our GEM community with other amazing students! We can't wait to meet you!

Final deadline to participate in GEM is Sept 11th at 8:00am. Space is limited at the retreat, so please sign up soon! Please feel free to invite other new students of color and/or first-generation students to participate!

*First-Generation College Student: a student whose parent(s) did not earn a Bachelor's degree.
